My Story
Hi, I’m Nikki Saco, a design consultant with a background in language and communications. Making things clearer and more accessible has shaped my work for more than 20 years. The 7 Anxieties began as my way of understanding experiences that didn’t fit the usual explanations. I started naming some of my anxieties and asking questions I couldn’t always answer. Over time, a pattern emerged that fundamentally changed how I relate to and think about anxiety. I realized this was something I could share with the hope that it brings clarity to others as well.
